Hillary is chairing the UN's Security Council Session about sexual violence and rape being used as a weapon of war.

Rape is a terrible thing.  Rape is something a woman never forgets.  I am glad the UN is finally taking this issue on.  Thank you Madam Secretary for shedding light on this very important issue.
